He received a bachelor of science degree from University of Houston in 1981, the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from American College in 1997, Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation in 2016 and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation from CFP® Board of Standards, Inc. in 2017, In addition to holding Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations, Wally is licensed with the Texas State Board of Insurance.
